About the assignment This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on March 16, 2026, and lasting until August 28, 2026. The work is performed 100% on-site in Eskilstuna. Travel may occur.
About the role 🌍 You will be part of an engaged team with a strong team spirit and a shared focus on creating customer value, improving work processes, and achieving success together. In this role, you will be a central contact point for dealers in Europe and internationally regarding spare parts orders and logistics issues.
You will contribute to the smooth operation of the business by supporting dealers in their daily order management and logistics challenges. Your ability to solve problems and create structure will be a key success factor.
Your responsibilities
Support dealers in Europe and international markets with daily inquiries regarding spare parts and logistics Manage order processes and related systems Drive and follow up on backorder activities Develop and secure cross-functional collaboration throughout the supply chain Support market areas within supply and logistics Ensure dealers' competence in order processes and order systems Conduct training for dealers Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization and with dealers

Requirements Excellent written communication skills in both Swedish and English 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role University education or other relevant technical education, such as in engineering or technology
Preferred qualifications
Experience in logistics, preferably within after-sales Knowledge in building system support and working with tools such as MS 365, Power BI, or Co Pilot Experience in building networks in a multicultural environment Experience in international customer support Additional language skills B driver's license Interest in or knowledge of automation, digitalization, and AI 🤖
